When you open the app, we guide you through a short questionnaire about your goals, mindset, and areas you want to improve. Your answers are sent to our AI, which writes a personalized script of affirmations tailored specifically to you — not a generic template. The entire process takes less than a minute.
Yes. You can regenerate a new set of affirmations at any time by retaking the questionnaire or adjusting your goals. You can also manually edit individual affirmation lines directly within the app before generating your audio track.
We offer a curated library of background music including Soft Piano, Binaural Beats, Ambient Rain, Ocean Waves, Deep Space, and Lo-Fi. For voices, you can choose from Calm Female, Deep Male, Soft Whisper, and Warm Neutral narration styles. We add new options regularly.
Yes. Once a track has been generated, you can download it to your device and listen without an internet connection. This is perfect for listening on your morning commute, at the gym, or before bed.
Hypnotize is free to download and includes a limited number of free track generations. A subscription unlocks unlimited track creation, the full library of voices and music, offline downloads, and priority generation. You can manage your subscription at any time through the App Store settings.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, but you're welcome to contact us if you have a specific concern.
We take your privacy seriously. Your questionnaire answers and affirmation data are only used to generate your personal tracks and are never sold to third parties. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is collected, stored, and used.
First, make sure your device volume is turned up and that silent mode is off. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app. You can also try regenerating the track. If none of these steps help, please contact us at support@hypnotize-ai.com and include your device model and iOS version.
You can request account and data deletion from within the app via Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing us at support@hypnotize-ai.com. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
